Any third-party costs are separate and paid directly by you, including but not limited to domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, custom themes, stock imagery, email services and any paid integrations. We’ll always let you know upfront what’s needed and what it’s likely to cost before anything gets purchased.
Monthly subscriptions have no lock-in and can be cancelled any time. Yearly subscriptions are a 12 month commitment billed monthly, with two months removed from the annual total. Turnaround times listed are for everyday design tasks. Larger projects like brand identities and websites take longer and run as single dedicated projects. Monthly plans can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a 90 percent refund. Yearly plans within 30 days. Cancelling a yearly plan after the initial 30 days is subject to an early exit fee covering the remaining committed term. Refunds exclude completed work and third-party costs.

How does the subscription work?

What’s the difference between monthly and yearly?
Flexibility versus savings. Monthly gives you zero commitment and the freedom to cancel any time. Yearly is a 12 month contract billed monthly, similar to how Adobe’s subscription works. You pay month by month, but you’re committed for the full year, and in return you save two months worth of fees plus the GST on them. That’s up to $6,589 a year back in your pocket at the Business tier. Cancelling a yearly plan mid-term comes with an early exit fee to cover the remaining commitment, so yearly is best for businesses that know they’ll need ongoing creative support.
What counts as a request?
For everyday work, a request is a single task like a social post, a flyer, an email newsletter, a landing page design or an ad creative. These move through the 24 to 72 hour turnaround. Larger projects like brand identities and full websites aren’t broken up into smaller tasks. They run as a single dedicated project, which takes longer but means the work stays cohesive from start to finish.
What if I don’t use all my hours?
Hours don’t roll over, but you can pause a monthly subscription any time if things go quiet, and upgrade whenever your workload grows.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Upgrades kick in straight away, any time. Downgrades on monthly plans take effect at your next billing cycle. Yearly plans can be upgraded mid-term but can’t be downgraded until the 12 month term ends.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans can be cancelled within seven days of purchase for a 90 percent refund. Yearly plans within 30 days, also at 90 percent. Refunds exclude any work already delivered or third-party costs already paid. After those windows, yearly plans cancelled early are subject to an exit fee to cover the remaining committed term.
